At STR Service Centre we carry out MOTs onsite on cars, bikes, minibuses and vans up to 3.5 tonne
(Classes 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7).

• Testing Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am -12.30pm.
• Discounts may be available for larger fleets, please call us to discuss your requirements.
• We offer a free re-test (if it is necessary) if the re-test is taken within seven days of the original test and can also carry out any additional work if required. We only fit quality parts at reasonable prices to keep your costs down and all prices and work is quoted for in advance.  Duplicate MOT’s are also available.
• We also offer a free MOT and service reminder - if you are interested please speak to a member of staff.

Do you know that you can get your vehicle MOT done up to one month before the current MOT expires?
The purpose of the MOT test is to ensure the vehicle meets the “minimum” safety level required by law.
It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is examined every 12 months. Without a current MOT certificate, you will be unable to drive your vehicle lawfully or renew your road fund license. Recent computerisation of the MOT testing system by VOSA means police and mobile camera units can now check remotely to see if your vehicle has a current MOT.
